1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Psionic Asset is a multimedia communications and research organization focused on the study of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), structured psionic perception, and human-initiated contact protocols.

All services are offered subject to availability, participant eligibility, and the application and approval process described on the Site.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in any Psionic Asset program or event, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age;
(b) Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
(c) Complete and submit an application and receive written confirmation of acceptance from Psionic Asset;
(d) Agree to all applicable waivers, releases, and supplemental agreements required for your specific program or event.Psionic Asset reserves the right to decline any application or revoke participation at its sole discretion.
3. APPLICATIONS AND ENROLLMENT: Submission of an application through the Site does not constitute enrollment, acceptance, or a guarantee of participation. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Psionic Asset will notify applicants of acceptance or non-acceptance via the email address provided during the application process. Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of written acceptance and, where applicable, completion of payment and execution of any required supplemental agreements.

4. PAYMENTS, FEES, AND REFUNDS: Fees associated with Psionic Asset programs and events will be communicated to accepted participants prior to enrollment confirmation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written program agreement or required by applicable law. Psionic Asset reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice, provided that confirmed enrollments will not be subject to price increases after written acceptance has been issued.

5. 7. MEDIA AND RECORDING POLICY: Psionic Asset reserves all rights to record, photograph, and produce media content during events and engagements. By participating, you grant Psionic Asset a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your likeness, voice, and participation in promotional, educational, and documentary materials, unless you have submitted a written opt-out request prior to the event.Participants wishing to record, livestream, or produce their own media content from any Psionic Asset event must declare this intent during the application process and receive explicit written authorization prior to the event. Unauthorized recording or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

In the event of a conflict between these Educational Terms and the general Terms and Conditions, these Educational Terms shall govern with respect to participant experiences and events.By registering for, applying to, or participating in any Psionic Asset program or event, you acknowledge and agree to all provisions set forth below.

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND NATURE OF EVENTS: All programs, events, field experiences, contact sessions, coaching engagements, and training offered by Psionic Asset are strictly educational in nature. Their purpose is to provide participants with structured learning opportunities related to UAP research, consciousness-based inquiry, and human-initiated contact protocols as developed through Psionic Asset's proprietary Psionic Contact Protocol (PCP) Method.Psionic Asset events and programs are designed to educate, inform, and facilitate structured experiential learning. They are not therapeutic interventions, medical treatments, psychological services, or religious or spiritual guidance. Nothing provided by Psionic Asset, its founders, facilitators, researchers, or representatives should be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or spiritual advice.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES: Psionic Asset explicitly does not guarantee any specific result, experience, phenomenon, or outcome from participation in any program or event. Results vary widely among participants and are subject to factors outside the control of Psionic Asset, its founders, facilitators, and staff.By participating, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) No specific contact event, UAP sighting, anomalous experience, or other phenomenon is promised or guaranteed; (b) Educational content and facilitation do not ensure any particular personal experience; (c) Any experiences or perceptions arising during or after participation are your own and are not attributable to Psionic Asset as claims of fact; (d) Psionic Asset makes no representation that its methods will produce replicable results in any individual case.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You acknowledge that participation in Psionic Asset programs and events — including but not limited to field experiences, night-sky observation sessions, group contact events, and immersive training — may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: (a) Outdoor environmental risks including weather, uneven terrain, insects, wildlife, and temperature conditions; (b) Psychological or emotional responses arising from exposure to UAP-related content, contact protocols, or anomalous experiences; (c) Physical exertion associated with field activities; (d) Travel to and from event locations; (e) Interaction with other participants whose backgrounds and intentions Psionic Asset cannot fully verify.By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and accept sole responsibility for any resulting injury, loss, or harm. You represent that you are in adequate physical and mental health to participate and that you have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider if you have any concerns regarding your ability to participate safely.

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITYTO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Psionic Asset LLC, its co-founders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, facilitators, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and causes of action of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with: (a) Your participation in any Psionic Asset program, event, field experience, or training session; (b) Any act or omission of the Released Parties in the preparation, facilitation, or conduct of any program or event; (c) Any physical injury, illness, emotional distress, psychological response, or property damage sustained in connection with participation; (d) Any experience, perception, anomalous event, or phenomenon arising before, during, or after participation; (e) Your travel to or from any Psionic Asset event location.This release applies regardless of whether such claims arise from negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud by the Released Parties.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Your breach of these Terms or Educational Terms; (b) Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (c) Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site or during any program or event; (d) Your conduct at any Psionic Asset event, including any harm caused to other participants, staff, or third parties.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROGRAM OR EVENT, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTION WITH PSIONIC ASSET, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PSIONIC ASSET WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.In no event shall Psionic Asset's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms or Educational Terms exceed the amount paid by you to Psionic Asset in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT: You represent and warrant that: (a) You are not currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis, including but not limited to active psychosis, suicidal ideation, or severe dissociation; (b) You are not currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional for a condition that may be adversely affected by participation in exploratory or immersive experiences related to UAP or consciousness-based inquiry, unless you have obtained written clearance from that professional; (c) You will promptly notify a Psionic Asset facilitator if you experience significant psychological distress during any event and will seek appropriate professional care as needed.Psionic Asset reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or event if, in the reasonable judgment of its facilitators, continued participation poses a risk to that individual or others.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PROPRIETARY METHODS: Psionic Asset's Psionic Contact Protocol (PCP) Method and associated training materials, protocols, and methodologies constitute proprietary intellectual property. Participants agree not to reproduce, teach, commercialize, or distribute the PCP Method or any derivative thereof without express written authorization from Psionic Asset LLC. This obligation survives the conclusion of any program or event.

9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND REMOVAL: Psionic Asset is committed to maintaining safe, respectful, and focused environments at all events. Participants are expected to engage constructively, treat all facilitators and fellow participants with respect, and adhere to all event-specific guidelines communicated prior to and during the program.Psionic Asset reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or event, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the educational and research-focused nature of our work.

10. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Educational Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.
